This professional will be responsible for delivering support with a humanized approach and a focus on negotiation. The role requires fieldwork at stores, strong communication skills, emotional balance, and ethical conduct. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct inspections and audits at stores to ensure service compliance and adherence to regulations. * Prepare technical reports and checklists of performed activities. * Drive the company vehicle to perform job functions; a Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) is a desirable or mandatory requirement for this position. * Ensure continuity and quality of services provided, preventing operational and legal risks. * Record all activities performed—including dates, times, addresses, and relevant information regarding service interruptions and reconnections—in the company's internal system; * Report incidents to supervision; * Act professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive company image with customers; * Drive vehicles (cars and motorcycles) to carry out job-related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIRED BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with strong negotiation skills; * Proactivity and ability to effectively resolve requests; * Adaptability to change and new demands; * Teamwork capability; * Assertiveness and agility. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education * Knowledge of Quality Criteria – Customer Service; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). .
