Coordination with logistics, production, and finance departments A textile company located in Americana is seeking a Commercial Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer and representative support and service via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person. Register orders in the ERP system, verifying customer data, products, measurements, values, and payment terms. Monitor order flow involving inventory, production, picking, billing, and shipping. Support internal commercial activities through coordination with logistics, production, and finance departments. Update price lists and commercial terms. Support after-sales by monitoring deliveries and possible returns. Provide information on textile products, such as fabrics, collections, colors, compositions, widths, and grammage. Manage commercial samples and catalogs. Organize sales agendas and follow-ups. Generate sales reports and customer portfolio reports. Previous experience as a Commercial Assistant, Commercial Analyst, Sales Assistant, or Commercial Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
