Ensure the preservation of internal and external hotel areas Building Maintenance Painter We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform conservation and maintenance of hotel facilities, contributing to aesthetics, safety, and proper functioning of spaces. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform painting services with a focus on environmental preservation; * Carry out general building maintenance; * Perform basic electrical and hydraulic tasks; * Maintain and paint external areas, walls, and stone walls; * Clean and maintain balcony glass (external area); * Support garden maintenance; * Ensure the preservation of internal and external hotel areas. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in painting (mandatory requirement); * Prior experience in building maintenance; * Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems; * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. **Location:** Batel – Curitiba/PR **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** * 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM, with a 1-hour break * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * One Sunday off per month **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
