We focus on delivering quality and differentiated customer service. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing the electrostatic painting process on metal surfaces, ensuring a uniform and high-quality finish in accordance with the company's technical and safety standards. Work under direct supervision, performing operational tasks with emphasis on continuous learning and technical development. Perform electrostatic powder coating on metal parts using appropriate booths, spray guns, and application equipment. Assist in moving parts onto hangers or conveyor belts. Carry out pre-heating and curing of parts in ovens according to technical specifications. Conduct visual quality control of the finish (texture, coverage, color, absence of defects). Maintain organization and cleanliness of the spray booth and painting area.
