We seek an analytical, proactive professional with a systemic vision to lead the financial and operational management of our strategic contracts in the waste and sanitation sector. **Key Responsibilities** Contract and Performance Management: Lead full compliance with contractual clauses, measurements, indicators (SLAs/KPIs), and the financial performance of multiple operational contracts. Regional and Field Operations: Supervise Business Unit operations in Paraná, leading, guiding, and monitoring Operational Managers, Inspectors, and Supervisors. Institutional Relationship Management: Serve as the direct interface and technical focal point for Mayors, Secretaries, Operational Directors, and public/private contractors. Maintenance and Fleet Management: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for trucks and equipment, ensuring high technical availability, cost control, and compliance. **Essential Requirements** Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, or related fields). Postgraduate studies preferred. Experience: Solid experience in Urban Waste/Sanitation Contract Management and leadership of operational teams. Mobility and License: Valid CNH Category B driver’s license and full availability for frequent travel within the region. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License Required: B Willingness to Travel Willingness to Relocate
