If you seek purpose-driven work and social engagement, join the Unibanco Institute in advancing high-quality public education :) Diversity is one of our core values; therefore, we actively encourage applications from Black individuals and LGBTQIAPN\+ people in our selection processes. * Develop, plan, and implement educational management solutions focused on schools and their articulation with other levels of the educational system, in partnership with State Departments of Education and technical partners; * Apply project management methodologies, with proficiency in tools and practices for managing complex projects; * Design, monitor, and track implementation schedules, ensuring timely, high-quality, efficient, and plan-adherent delivery; * Manage project risks, resources, and budgets, ensuring responsible and strategic use of available resources; * Coordinate with Education Department teams, suppliers, and technical partners to foster alignment, cooperation, and effective project implementation. * Degree in Education, Public Policy Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Education, with focus on school pedagogical management (Desirable); * Knowledge of the public policy life cycle (Desirable); * Experience in government innovation projects (Desirable); * In-depth knowledge of school leadership and pedagogical management practices, in-service teacher professional development, curriculum management, and pedagogical use of assessments; * Experience in managing school-focused educational projects (considering their relationship with other levels of the system); * Practical knowledge of agile methodologies applied to innovation projects; * Systemic understanding of public education, proposed solutions, and ability to propose innovations; * Ability to develop and apply processes, methodologies, and tools useful for strategic design development at the Institute; * Ability to engage, build connections, and reach consensus with multiple stakeholders and external partners; * Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments, continuously learning and contributing to knowledge generation.
