Join the **Herval Group** team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform accounting reconciliations and ensure data accuracy; * Execute departmental accounting routines; * Monitor store insurance policies and keep the insurance spreadsheet up to date; * Record and track expenses and revenues; * Assist in cost control and calculation; * Register each employee’s transportation allowance (VT) in the respective cost center; * Support merchandise cost control and maintenance of the distribution center (CD) pricing table; * Monitor and record taxes (Northeast base); * Submit IBGE declarations and perform other related departmental activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in accounting routines; * Proficiency in spreadsheets; * Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communicator. * Experience with cost centers; * Familiarity with corporate insurance and complex reconciliations. **Additional Information** **HERE’S A TIP:** * We’re looking for someone with innate leadership, who enjoys debating ideas and seeking ways to help both the company and colleagues continuously evolve.
