Weighing Operations** * Perform vehicle weighing (inbound and outbound) * Verify tare weight, gross weight, and net weight * Ensure data accuracy before releasing the vehicle **2\. Information Control and Recording** * Record weighings in the system (ERP or weighbridge system) * Issue weighing tickets/receipts * Manage invoices related to cargo **3\. Document Verification** * Check vehicle and cargo documentation (invoice, loading order, etc.) * Verify details such as license plate, driver, carrier, and material type **4\. Vehicle Traffic Flow Control** * Organize inbound and outbound vehicle queues * Direct trucks to loading or unloading areas * Ensure compliance with internal operational rules **5\. Interdepartmental Coordination** * Support logistics, shipping, receiving, and gate teams * Report weight discrepancies or inconsistencies **6\. Loss Control and Prevention** * Identify potential weight variances * Flag irregularities (overages, shortages, fraud attempts) **7\. Administrative Organization and Routine** * Archive weighing documents * Maintain updated reports * Ensure workplace organization **8\. Compliance with Standards** * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures * Ensure proper use of the weighbridge and equipment **Requirements and Qualifications** Attention to detail Organization Logical reasoning Basic computer skills (especially Excel and systems) Good communication skills Ethics and reliability **Additional Information** This position is on-site; we provide parking at the company premises, but do not offer shuttle services.
