Join us in leading this transformation with Grendene! **Responsibilities and duties** * Oversee warehousing, material handling, and delivery processes, ensuring organization, proper allocation, and supply to all departments. * Follow technical, operational, and fiscal procedures when interacting with related departments, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and/or quality, as well as processes and equipment. * Assign tasks and provide guidance to the workforce according to staffing plans, considering available and required resources to meet production schedules and demands—focusing on quality, quantity, productivity, and established deadlines. * Maintain up-to-date performance indicators, regularly publishing results and generating and directing necessary corrective actions to achieve established targets (costs, efficiency, service levels, etc.). * Guarantee and safeguard inventory accuracy (receiving, inspection, identification, picking, shipping), proper storage, and preservation of materials in stock, as well as machinery and equipment—flagging opportunities for their appropriate disposition. * Support the technical and behavioral development of the team to ensure flawless execution of tasks. * Care for people and ensure the team performs activities safely, identifying and correcting behavioral deviations, aligned with occupational health and safety standards. * Propose process improvements within your area of responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree completed** in **Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields**; * **Postgraduate degree preferred** in **Supply Chain Management, Lean Logistics**, or **Operations Management**—considered a differentiating factor; * Familiarity with integrated systems (ERP/WMS/TMS) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable. **Additional information** **Location:** Grendene – Crato **Work schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 2:48 PM to 11:24 PM (second shift), with on-site work at the Crato facility.
