Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the receipt, storage, and quality of products; managing maintenance activities; planning pre-harvest operations; and guaranteeing team safety. The company is accelerating its growth to build an excellent agricultural supply chain anchored in China and competitive on a global scale. **Key Responsibilities:** Ensure receipt and storage of products in accordance with the company’s quality standards and quantitative targets, through proper classification, cleaning, and drying; Prepare quotations and budgets for materials and preventive/corrective maintenance to keep machinery and equipment operating normally; Maintain product quality until delivery by regularly inspecting storage conditions and performing aeration as needed; Ensure safety in all tasks to prevent workplace accidents through team training and guidance on company-established safety regulations; Conduct pre-harvest planning to assess requirements for direct and indirect staff during harvest season, as well as potential facility improvements. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields (currently enrolled or completed); Completed technical vocational course; Experience in people management; Flexibility regarding working hours; Knowledge of product storage and quality procedures.
