




Job Summary: Professional responsible for supervising and executing operational activities in distribution, ensuring team performance indicators, safety, customer relationships, and service excellence. Preservation of customer relationships Supervision and execution of activities with the following responsibilities/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push and Pull operations): * Manage all operational activities characteristic of the beverage business; * Ensure achievement of team people-related indicators (absenteeism, turnover, net working hours, etc.); * Motivate, train, and develop leadership and operational teams; * Ensure compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for the team; * Preserve relationships with customers and with customers' customers; * Provide operational conditions enabling team routine execution and result attainment; * Ensure market presence (customers' customers), verifying service/delivery conditions and team performance; * Develop and ensure maintenance suppliers compatible with company and customer requirements; * Perform People-related routines; * Safeguard company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); * Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards, and specifications; * Correctly use uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company; * Commit to operational targets jointly defined with the customer, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program; * Perform related tasks as requested by superiors.
