Warehouse Operations Analyst

We are looking for an **Operations Analyst** to ensure excellence and compliance across all stages of our logistics process. ### **Job Mission** Carry out all operational procedures, ensuring strict adherence to every step of the transportation and warehousing process, always grounded in our company's core values. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Documentation Management:** Issue inbound/outbound invoices (for clients with warehousing contracts) and archive documents. * **Transportation Processes:** Issue vehicle release manifests, populate the draft document with invoice data, and deliver travel documentation to drivers. * **Systems and Tracking:** Enter data into systems, input cargo tracking information, issue SM in GEOPE, and upload documentation into FreteFy. * **Airport Procedures:** Perform electronic scheduling in the Guarulhos Airport system for all export-related processes. * **Warehouse Control:** Organize, verify, and monitor cargo within the warehouse, as well as generate reports on stalled cargo. * **Foreign Trade:** Verify and control all import/export documentation prior to cargo release. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed High School (mandatory).
