Trivia is the concessionaire of the Comporte Group, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, known as the Alto Tietê Lot. Located in the East Zone of São Paulo’s capital city, these lines serve over 4.6 million people and constitute one of the city’s main daily transportation corridors. In addition to operation and maintenance, Trivia will assume responsibility for modernizing the region’s railway system. Among the concessionaire’s responsibilities are station expansion and revitalization, upgrading existing infrastructure, and eliminating level crossings—ensuring greater safety and comfort for passengers. **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate unloading and loading of materials according to process requirements; Receive, inspect, and store materials and supplies in accordance with company procedures; Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse, per internal standards; Process invoices and monitor their workflow until process completion; Perform systemic inventory movements (inbound/outbound) using ERP systems or other stock control software; Pick and distribute materials according to stated needs; Support periodic, cyclical, and annual inventory counts, identifying and correcting any discrepancies; Control material expiry dates, batch numbers, and traceability, where applicable; Assist in preparing departmental reports and performance indicators; Support training and orientation of Warehouse Keepers I and new employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: Completed high school education. Desirable: Technical qualification in logistics or related fields.
