Warehouse Coordinator

Description

The Convicta Group is growing and is now seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team and manage inventory operations, ensuring organization, inventory control, and continuous production supply. Your responsibilities: * Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatching of materials; * Ensure accuracy of physical and system-based inventory levels by conducting cyclic and general inventories; * Control inventory levels in alignment with PCP (Production Control Planning) and Procurement; * Ensure uninterrupted production supply, preventing stoppages due to material shortages; * Coordinate the team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance;\- Monitor KPIs, prevent losses, and ensure warehouse organization, layout, and 5S compliance; * Guarantee accurate recording of inventory transactions in the ERP system and maintain effective interface with partner departments. What we seek: * Experience in warehouse coordination, internal logistics, or inventory management; * Knowledge of inventories, inventory control, and performance indicators; * ERP system experience; industrial environment experience.
