Job Summary: Professional responsible for full warehouse management, from material receipt through inventory control and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in the beverage production chain **Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, supplies, and finished products; * Control material inflows and outflows from the warehouse; * Organize physical inventory, ensuring proper product identification; * Conduct periodic inventories and monitor expiration dates of supplies; * Pick materials for production replenishment; * Track movements of packaging, bottles, labels, caps, essences, and other supplies used in beverage manufacturing; * Issue movement requests and record transactions in systems or control spreadsheets; * Monitor minimum stock levels and flag reordering needs; * Ensure proper storage and preservation practices for all materials; * Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed; * Comply with sector safety and organizational standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics; * Knowledge of inventory control and stocktaking; * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency; * ERP system knowledge is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization; * Attention to detail; * Agility; * Proactivity; * Sense of urgency; * Responsibility. **Advantages:** * Experience managing production supplies; * Forklift operator certification; * Experience with cycle counting. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Basic Food Basket.
