Perform support activities related to the control, organization, and movement of materials in the warehouse, ensuring accurate recording of incoming and outgoing items and contributing to item availability for requesting departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store materials according to internal procedures. * Record material receipts and issuances in the system. * Support fulfillment of material requisitions from departments. * Assist with periodic stock counts and inventory audits. * Organize the warehouse, maintaining item identification, cleanliness, and preservation. * Support inventory level monitoring, flagging replenishment needs. **Key Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in inventory or warehouse operations. * Basic knowledge of inventory control/ERP systems. * Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses or training in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control. * Basic knowledge of materials (PPEs, tools, office supplies, etc.).
