Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be a key piece in our logistics machinery. Your main responsibilities will be: Receiving and Verification: Assist in unloading trucks and verify received goods (feed, accessories, agrochemicals, tools) against invoices. Storage: Organize products on shelves and pallets according to the addressing system and FIFO (First In, First Out) rules, ensuring proper stock rotation. Order Picking: Accurately and efficiently pick goods for replenishing physical stores or direct shipment to end customers and rural producers. Shipping: Safely package products (especially heavy bags and fragile items) and assist in loading delivery vehicles. Inventory Control: Actively participate in periodic inventories (physical counting of products). Workspace Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for daily operations. Requirements and Qualifications What We Seek (Essential): Completed high school education. Physical ability to load, unload, and handle heavy bags (feed, cat litter, etc.). Attention to detail (essential to avoid errors during product picking). Ability to work well in teams and communicate effectively. What Would Be a Plus (Desirable): Previous experience in warehouses, storerooms, or distribution centers. Familiarity with or affinity for the pet and agribusiness sectors.
