Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive warehouse custodian to organize our inventory and assist with event logistics, ensuring materials are well-organized and maintained. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory care and maintenance. **Job Summary:** We seek an organized and proactive individual to manage our inventory and support event logistics. You will be responsible for maintaining an immaculate warehouse and ensuring our materials arrive safely at rental venues. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Warehouse Custodianship:** Keep the workspace consistently clean, organized, and swept. * **Inventory Organization:** Store and label materials, ensuring stock is always orderly. * **External Logistics:** Travel to deliver and retrieve materials at event/rental venues. * **Verification:** Check items upon dispatch and return (delivery note), ensuring nothing is forgotten or returned damaged without documentation. * **Loading and Unloading:** Load and unload vehicles. * **Inventory Care:** Identify items requiring deep cleaning or minor repairs after event returns. Perform minor maintenance and cleaning. **Requirements:** * **Organized Profile:** Preference for cleanliness and order. * **Physical Fitness:** Ability to move furniture and event structures. * **Professional Demeanor:** Courteous public interaction during deliveries. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 08:00–17:30 (with a 1h30 lunch break). * **Saturday:** 08:00–12:00\.
