We serve major brands and companies seeking quality, creativity, and punctuality in their promotional items and accessories. We are looking for a committed, organized, and growth-oriented **Warehouse and Shipping Assistant** to grow together with our company. Main Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, supplies, and finished goods; * Pick, inspect, and organize orders for shipment (keychains, pins, buttons, trophies, medals, etc.); * Package products appropriately, ensuring integrity and presentation of promotional items; * Conduct stock counts (periodic inventories) and report discrepancies when necessary; * Record material inflows and outflows in the system to maintain up-to-date inventory; * Assist in loading and unloading goods; * Maintain the warehouse and shipping area clean, organized, and properly labeled; * Follow FAGE’s internal quality and safety procedures; * Issue invoices. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or shipping (preferred but not mandatory; junior candidates with strong organizational skills and commitment are welcome); * Basic computer literacy (for using systems and simple spreadsheets); * Ability to read invoices and delivery notes well (can be learned on the job, but prior knowledge is a plus); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Teamwork ability and good communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in metallurgical, printing, promotional items, or industrial companies; * Prior experience handling large volumes of small items (e.g., keychains, pins, metal components); * Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP Tiny).
