Count, weigh, and label supplies according to service requirements indicated on maps/requests; handle prepared meats (skewers, medallions, rolls, etc.). Grind meats, pound steaks, slice cold cuts and bacon using machinery. Receive, unload, and store supplies, and organize them in designated locations. Select grains. Assist in loading and unloading supplies onto internal and external route vehicles.
