Job Summary: Responsible for performing routine tasks related to the maintenance of materials and supplies, ensuring safety, quality, and organization during receiving, inspection, and distribution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving, inspection, and organization of materials and supplies 2. Inventory control and recording of invoices in ERP 3. Organizing reverse logistics and maintaining the department Responsible for carrying out routine tasks related to the maintenance of materials and supplies—including receiving, organizing, and distributing them—in compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures. Receive and inspect raw materials and products delivered to the company; Weigh received products; Receive non-production materials arriving at the company, cross-checking invoices against purchase orders and verifying quantities, quality, and specifications; Unload and store received products and materials in the warehouse; Inspect and control inventory of raw materials and finished products; Record and archive invoices in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system; Deliver products and materials to employees upon material requisition; Supply production with required raw materials; sort and prepare finished goods for handover to logistics; Issue and process material requisitions; Organize reverse logistics for returnable packaging and equipment provided to customers on loan (comodato); Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, as well as perform other related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor; **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Prior experience in this role and familiarity with Microsoft Office and internet applications are preferred; Forklift operator certification is a plus; Must reside in Barrinha or nearby areas;
