Responsibilities: * Perform security and surveillance in designated areas, ensuring the integrity and safety of people, equipment, and facilities; * Control access of people and vehicles, verifying identification of authorized individuals; * Conduct security patrols and periodic inspections; * Identify and report any suspicious or irregular activities; * Monitor alarm systems and image-capture systems; * Interact courteously and professionally with visitors, clients, and other colleagues. Skills: * Prior experience as a Balance Security Guard is preferred; * Knowledge of security procedures and preventive measures; * Ability to work in teams and adapt to various work environments; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Basic knowledge of electronic security systems; * Ability to make quick and decisive decisions in emergency situations; * Knowledge of current security laws and regulations. Requirements: * Minimum academic qualification: Completed High School; * Valid Security Guard training course; * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends; * Basic computer skills; * Good physical condition.
