You will be responsible for transforming ideas, behind-the-scenes footage, conversations, products, and IALUI's positioning into audiovisual content. More than just editing videos, we seek someone who can help establish a consistent content production routine within the company. **Responsibilities** * Record videos at IALUI's office. * Edit short videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. * Create cuts, captions, and simple thumbnails. * Assist in organizing the publication calendar. * Suggest content topics and formats. * Capture behind-the-scenes footage of the company, meetings, product demonstrations, and internal operations. * Publish content on IALUI's digital channels. * Help transform ideas into clear, concise, and well-presented videos. **Requirements** * Experience in video recording and editing. * Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar tools. * Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and audio capture. * Ability to quickly edit and publish content regularly. * Strong visual taste. * Organizational skills and commitment to deadlines. * Interest in technology, business, AI, and corporate communication. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience creating content for B2B companies. * Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. * Prior experience producing content for technology companies, startups, agencies, or entrepreneurs. * Basic knowledge of copywriting, short scripts, and storytelling.
