Coordination of event materials and performance analysis **Who We Are:** Cactus is a company offering a customized White Label platform, holding approximately 40% of the Brazilian gaming market, with around 30 operators using its platform. The Cactus platform connects betting operators with banks and game providers. #### **Responsibilities** * Plan and execute B2B events (trade shows, conferences, roadshows, proprietary events, and side events) * Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and logistics * Collaborate with the commercial team to: * + Identify priority accounts + Support schedules, meetings, and post-event follow-ups * Coordinate event materials (booths, promotional items, presentations, commercial decks) * Analyze post-event results (qualified leads, generated opportunities, ROI) #### **B2B Marketing (Strategic Support):** * Support marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified leads * Collaborate with the commercial team in developing sales materials (one-pagers, presentations, case studies) * Support branding, PR, and B2B market positioning initiatives * Maintain organization and up-to-date institutional materials * Monitor metrics and outcomes of marketing activities ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in B2B marketing and/or corporate events * Experience in planning and executing events (online and in-person) * Ability to collaborate effectively with commercial and sales teams * Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Intermediate or advanced English (reading and professional communication) #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the technology industry; * Experience with international events * CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) * Experience managing international vendors and hosting events outside Brazil **Benefits?
