Act preventively by reporting anomalies and supporting the team to avoid unplanned shutdowns and operational deviations. If you believe in the power of energy to transform the world, join our team. **What you’ll do here:** ---------------------------------- * Perform daily cleaning and organization of the boiler area, biomass yard, equipment, and other general cleaning tasks at the Unit; * Remove combustion residues (e.g., ash and sand) throughout the shift to maintain equipment in operational condition; * Maintain direct and clear communication with the lead operator, Utilities Operators 2 and 3, and the Unit Manager regarding any anomalies and/or deviations in the boiler area; * Occasionally assist in boiler monitoring via the supervisory system and immediately report any detected anomalies to the Unit Manager; * Support Utilities Operators 2 and 3 in instrument and equipment inspections (boiler, filters, compressed air, etc.), monitors, valves, etc., and perform visual inspections of equipment to prevent operational shutdowns; * Know and comply with operational procedures, safety standards, and requirements—including the client’s internal procedures—and interrupt any non-compliant activity; * Assist, as needed, in low-complexity activities related to equipment operation and maintenance to keep the boiler area well-maintained and in good operating condition. **What we expect from you:** ---------------------------- * Completed high school education; * Experience in industrial production; * Driver’s license category B; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits for you:** ------------------------- * Annual PLR: profit-sharing based on goals and results. * Mobility via Flash (flexible card). * Meal benefits via FLASH, including on-site meals depending on the Unit. * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave. * Medical, dental, and life insurance. * Pharmacy partnership to facilitate healthcare access. * ComBio Health and Wellness Program: TOTALPASS partnership with over 1,300 gyms; SESI partnership. * ComBio Corporate University + discounts at various educational institutions
