Responsible for monitoring all dispatched, shipped, held-at-any-stage, returned, or incident-related shipments, as well as the return process of Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation; formatting, sending, and receiving reports related to such monitoring activities; charting performance indicators; updating freight management systems. **Requirements and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------- What are the requirements? • Completed High School Education • Experience in the operational process of vehicle fleet supply and collection. Among your key responsibilities, you will: 1. Assist in monitoring all shipments (dispatched, reverse logistics, held); 2. Generate pre-invoice reports and monitor scheduling; 3. Systematically update data (TMS); 4. Integrate information across departments to ensure visibility of potential bottlenecks and issues; 5. Ensure shipment traceability and implement corrective actions to guarantee appropriate service delivery; 6. Assist in incident-related and/or cargo claim processes; 7. Assist in internal and carrier-related POD return and control processes; 8. Support maintenance and operation of the Transport Framework and PTQ (Path to Quality), assisting operations in complying with these programs’ processes; 9. Support the carrier qualification process within the Transportation Department; 10. Maintain up-to-date carrier registration documentation; 11.
