If you identify with this challenge and wish to work in a dynamic environment, this position could be yours. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily operational schedules, tracking deadlines, resources, and activity execution to ensure adherence to established plans and smooth operations. * Work with flexible hours and weekends as needed, ensuring operational continuity and timely response to operational demands. * Record container empty-handover transactions, ensuring data accuracy in the system and correct updating of operational controls. * Review service agreements, analyzing data, values, deadlines, and agreed terms to ensure compliance with delivered services. * Forward validated contracts to the responsible department, ensuring proper processing and adherence to payment deadlines. * Attach delivery confirmations and other relevant documents in the system, ensuring traceability, organization, and documentary compliance for audits and internal controls. * Serve as a liaison between operations, drivers, service providers, and administrative departments, supporting efficient communication and resolution of operational inconsistencies. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, company policies, and sound operational practices, contributing to process efficiency, quality, and reliability. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in operational/logistics routines and system data entry. * Experience in reviewing contracts and managing documentation. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel. * Availability for flexible working hours and weekends as needed. **What We Value:** Clear and empathetic communication; Agility and sense of urgency; Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset; Teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.
