**Job Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 20:00, with a 1:30-hour lunch break — alternate Saturdays

* Organize and control transportation documentation using **ERP** to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
* Monitor delivery routes and schedules via **fleet management systems** to optimize logistical flow.
* Register and track transportation requests, ensuring proper resource allocation and adherence to deadlines.
* Prepare transportation-related performance and cost reports using tools such as **advanced Excel**.
* Update supplier and carrier registries to maintain accurate and up-to-date data.
* Assist in controlling expenses and budgets linked to the transportation department.
* Issue CT-e, MDF-e, CIOT, and federal tax forms.
* Manage fleet-related documentation.

* Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to align processes and improve transportation efficiency.
* Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution of pending issues.
* Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvements using **Lean** and **Kaizen** methodologies.
* Participate in the department’s strategic planning to support cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
**Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements**
* Completed high school education; technical training in Logistics, Administration, Economics, or related fields is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

* Advanced proficiency in the **Microsoft Office** suite, especially **Excel**, for data control and analysis.
* Familiarity with transportation management systems and **ERP**.
* Ability to manage documentation and administrative processes related to transportation.
