Issue and monitor transportation fiscal documents (CT-e, MDF-e and others), ensuring tax and regulatory compliance. Perform freight audits, identifying inconsistencies and implementing corrective actions to reduce costs. Monitor and analyze department performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvements. Collaborate with internal departments (planning, shipping, tax, and finance) to integrate logistics processes. Coordinate the use of transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP.
