




Job Summary: The professional will support the execution of the annual training plan, handling operational logistics and assisting in creating content to foster employee development. Provide technical and operational support in the HR department Responsibilities: Support the execution of the annual training plan, managing operational logistics and assisting in creating content that drives the technical and behavioral development of employees. * Organize venues (physical or virtual), invite participants, manage attendance lists, and prepare teaching materials; * Support onboarding of new hires, ensuring the integration program is completed on schedule; * Upload content, register users, and generate course completion reports on the learning platform; * Provide technical and operational support; * Assist in developing and updating content (PPT), handouts, manuals, and videos; * Support other activities inherent to the HR department. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with retail ERP systems, video editing tools, and Learning Management Systems. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree completed or nearing completion in a related field.
