As our Tracking Operator, you will be a key player in ensuring cargo, driver, and customer safety nationwide. Your main responsibilities: Monitor trips and cargo in real time via tracking systems. Handle alerts across varying risk levels, following established security procedures. Proactively communicate with drivers and customers via phone and WhatsApp, sending commands and messages to prevent incidents and ensure compliance with insurance policies. Escalate to the Intelligence Center (CIA) upon suspicion of claims or high-risk situations. Perform vehicle checklists and test sensors to ensure proper equipment functionality. Contribute operational improvement suggestions, actively participating in the evolution of our processes.
