Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring, tracking, and controlling fleet vehicles to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery of transportation services. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in problem resolution and data analysis * Monitor and track fleet vehicles, observing real-time movement of vehicles and cargo using tracking systems to ensure accurate information recording. * Detect potential route deviations, delays, or path failures, taking immediate action to resolve any situation that compromises on-time delivery or safety. * Enter, update, and manage information related to vehicle routes and statuses in the tracking system, ensuring data remains current and accessible. * Generate performance reports for tracking operations, including information on tracking operation performance. * In cases of incidents such as accidents, unplanned stops, thefts, and others, collaborate with security and transportation teams to resolve situations quickly and efficiently. * Analyze tracking data patterns and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in transportation and logistics processes. * Verify and control personnel entry and exit with fleet vehicles, performing identification via Check List. * Perform comprehensive fleet control tasks, including tire inspection, oil, coolant, wheel alignment, fuel level, and maintenance checks. * Comply with Quality and Occupational Safety guidelines and regulations. * Carry out other related duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
