Tracking Operator (Fleet)

Description

Job Summary: Monitors and tracks fleet vehicles in real time, ensuring safety and on-time delivery, while managing performance data and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet vehicle monitoring and tracking 2. Detection and resolution of route deviations and failures 3. Analysis of tracking patterns for continuous improvement Monitor and track fleet vehicles, following real-time movement of vehicles and cargo using tracking systems, ensuring accurate information recording. Detect possible route deviations, delays, or route failures, taking immediate action to resolve any situation compromising on-time delivery or safety. Input, update, and manage information related to vehicle routes and status in the tracking system, keeping data always up-to-date and accessible. Generate performance reports for tracking operations, including information on tracking operation performance. In case of incidents such as accidents, unplanned stops, thefts, and others, collaborate with security and transportation teams to resolve situations quickly and efficiently. Analyze tracking data patterns and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement in transportation and logistics processes. Verify and control personnel entry and exit with fleet vehicles, performing identification via Check List. Perform full company fleet control, e.g., tire inspection, oil, coolant, wheel alignment, fuel, and maintenance checks. Comply with Quality and Occupational Safety guidelines and regulations. Perform other duties related to the role under the supervision of the immediate supervisor.
