




Job Mission Manufacture, maintain, adjust, and repair tools, molds, dies, and fixtures by performing high-precision TIG welding to ensure dimensional accuracy, mechanical strength, and reliability of production processes. Key Responsibilities * Perform TIG welding on molds, dies, tools, and precision metal components. * Restore, reinforce, and correct tool dimensions through welding. * Prepare parts, surfaces, and consumables suitable for the TIG process. * Interpret technical drawings, mechanical designs, and dimensional specifications. * Adjust welding parameters according to material type, thickness, and application. * Operate conventional machine tools (lathe, milling machine, grinder) for post-weld adjustments and finishing. * Conduct measurements and inspections using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators). * Identify defects and propose technical improvements to tools and fixtures. * Maintain equipment, machines, and instruments in good working condition. * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Document activities and report maintenance or adjustment requirements. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Vocational training in Welding and/or Toolmaking. * Proven experience as a TIG welder, preferably in toolmaking. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of metrology. * Knowledge of metallic materials and heat treatments.
