Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Buyer to acquire vehicle parts, supplies, and services related to vehicle maintenance, ensuring agility, quality, and optimal cost-effectiveness. Supply contract management and monitoring Maintenance Buyer (Vehicle Parts and Services) Location: On-site in Jacareí/SP Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Law) Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Monday to Friday) Benefits: Medical and dental plans (not extended to dependents), Transportation Allowance (6% non-deductible), Meal Voucher (VR), Food Allowance (VA). About the Position We are seeking a Maintenance Buyer to acquire vehicle parts, supplies, and services related to vehicle maintenance, ensuring agility, quality, and optimal cost\-effectiveness for company operations. Main Responsibilities ✔ Conduct quotations and negotiations for vehicle maintenance parts, supplies, and services ✔ Execute purchases to supply the mechanical workshop, serving both headquarters and branches ✔ Control and track purchase requests and orders ✔ Monitor order follow\-up to ensure timely delivery ✔ Develop, evaluate, and qualify suppliers ✔ Manage and monitor supply contracts ✔ Strategically drive cost reduction and procurement optimization ✔ Ensure end-to-end purchase process oversight until actual delivery Mandatory Requirements ✔ Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil), Logistics, or related fields Preferred Qualifications ✔ Experience with ERP systems (Protheus, SAP, or similar) ✔ Experience in procurement for automotive/fleet maintenance Behavioral Competencies ✔ Sense of urgency and organizational skills ✔ Negotiation ability and decision-making capability ✔ Dynamism to work under pressure and handle urgent demands ✔ Proactivity and results orientation ✔ Strong communication and supplier relationship skills https://app.toolk.com.br/\#/recrutamento\-selecao/candidatura\-simplificada/a54d8ea4\-892b\-4704\-b6a7\-ff076491071c/8b4d55c9\-82cf\-43fc\-ad52\-00125863ebda Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
