We seek professionals committed to doing things differently, always pursuing excellence in their roles and aiming for daily professional growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical leadership to the development team, supporting the coordinator in defining and disseminating technical standards; * Engage in hands\-on development of solutions, guiding the team on architectural decisions and best practices; * Ensure seamless integration among frontend, backend, and mobile, promoting a unified vision of digital solutions; * Conduct code reviews, support estimation efforts, and participate in strategic discussions regarding architecture and product evolution; * Follow and ensure implementation of best practices and standards defined by the Architecture team; * Collaborate within an agile, multidisciplinary environment, prioritizing value-driven deliveries; * Guarantee code quality, proper versioning, and minimal documentation for deliverables. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Collaborative mindset focused on the team’s technical growth; * Solid full-stack development experience (.NET and React); * Experience in technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural support; * Knowledge of RESTful integrations, automated testing, and version control (Git); * Strong communication skills and ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions; * Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); * Experience with code versioning (Git); * Seamless integration between backend (.NET) and frontend (React and others); * Intermediate English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** * E\-commerce experience; * Experience in the travel industry; * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps; * Experience with AI-powered programming assistance tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.). **Additional Information** * Hybrid Work Model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote; * Work Location: **Barueri / Alphaville**; * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher: No payroll deduction; * Basic Grocery Allowance (paid via benefits card); * Remote Work Allowance; * Totalpass; * Transportation Voucher: With 6% payroll deduction; * Health Plan: With co-payment; * Dental Plan: With co-payment; * Life Insurance.
