Description: * Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Finance, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree preferred; * Advanced English proficiency; * Knowledge of TCGs preferred; * Project and schedule management; basic financial knowledge (P\&L, taxes); This position will directly support the Pokémon and Disney Lorcana projects, focusing on fulfilling make-to-order product demands and implementing the organized play program across specialty stores in Brazil. * Consolidate manufacturing orders for TCG products for the Pokémon client and coordinate production with internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery and healthy margins; * Lead the team in executing and expanding the organized play program for hobby stores, ensuring procurement and/or production of necessary materials, adapting pre-established processes and scopes to the Brazilian market while adhering to client guidelines; * Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments (logistics, production, tax, finance) and clients, facilitating discussions on legal, tax, and financial matters; * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) jointly defined with clients, such as number of registered stores and player engagement; * Lead and develop the team of analysts and assistants; * Conduct revenue/expense planning and be accountable for the area’s P\&L. 2512220202491879162
