**Job Mission**
The financial assistant’s mission within the group is to ensure correct application of tax legislation in inbound and outbound merchandise and service transactions, operating integrally with dispatch, receiving, billing, procurement, and logistics departments so that documents are accurate and compliant with tax legislation.

**Responsibilities**
* Analyze and correctly apply CFOP, CST, NCM, and taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, ISS, and COFINS) according to transaction type for inbound and outbound products, raw materials, and services.
* Issue electronic invoices (NF-e) for sales, services, and transfers related to various non-billing operations, such as transfers, shipments, returns, and others.
* Support Logistics in cargo release and material receipt, and monitor transporters’ CTe documents.
* Resolve tax discrepancies, rejected invoices, and document adjustments.
* Provide support regarding NCM classification for product registration and fiscal information in purchase orders.
* Prevent tax errors that could lead to assessments, fines, or withholdings.
* Stay updated on tax legislation.
**Required Technical Competencies**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields. Solid expertise in tax matters. Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation.
**Desirable Technical Competencies**
· Microsoft Office Suite
· Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cross-referencing); Power BI is a plus
· Financial entries in ERP systems
· Preparation of financial reports
· Knowledge of internal controls and standards
