**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Prepare sushi, sashimi, and other typical dishes of Japanese and Chinese cuisine;
* Clean, preserve, and fillet fish and seafood, ensuring food quality;
* Safely and appropriately handle raw food;
* Verify product quality and comply with technical standards for hygiene and food safety;
* Minimize contamination risks and control waste;
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Completed elementary education.
* Prior experience handling fish, seafood, or Oriental cuisine (preferred);
* Attention to detail, organization, and agility;
* Ability to follow quality standards and procedures;
* Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
