Organize the work station, utensils, and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, adequate supply, and proper conditions for use during service. Apply good practices for food handling, storage, and preservation, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. Support the kitchen and service teams in assembling orders for dine-in and delivery, ensuring timely dish dispatch.
