**JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking an Operational Supervisor with a practical, analytical, and highly responsible profile to lead the operations of Delivery Mall units. This is a field-based role focused on ensuring lean operations, a clean and functional mall environment, failure prevention, timely response to service requests, and strong relationships with tenants. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and supervise real estate operators across each unit * Validate daily cleaning, opening, and closing checklists * Conduct on-site inspections at each unit according to a weekly route schedule * Monitor and direct maintenance activities and service providers * Collaborate with the customer success team during tenant onboarding and offboarding * Actively participate in infrastructure improvement projects * Ensure effective communication among tenants, internal teams, and third parties * Prepare weekly operational performance reports including photos, identified issues, and action plans **DESIRED PROFILE** * Organized, practical, and possessing an owner’s mindset * Skilled in leading decentralized operations * Communicative, firm, and respectful * Capable of quickly identifying issues and implementing simple, agile solutions **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in retail stores, shopping malls, condominiums, logistics centers, or facilities management * Proficiency in Trello, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and ability to produce clear, concise reports * Personal transportation (car or motorcycle) for daily visits to units * Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday during business hours Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: R$1,954.18 – R$2,800.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
