Job Summary: A professional to plan, monitor, and optimize weekly production, ensuring the organization and execution of production orders and proposing adjustments. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for planning and updating the weekly production schedule and setting targets. 2. Ensures the organization and execution of production orders, analyzing deviations. 3. Manages and communicates with managers regarding deadlines and future capacity. * Prepare and update the weekly production schedule. * Define the weekly production quantity (target) to be achieved. * Sort and enter production orders into the system. * Ensure production orders are organized in the production queue. * Validate completed production orders and monitor production execution. * Analyze bottlenecks, delays, or planning deviations and propose adjustments. * Maintain contact with managers to inform them of deadlines and future capacity. * Lead weekly planning together with the PCP team. * Conduct meetings. Education: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Production Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
