Collaborate closely with finance, logistics, and sales departments. ✅ JOB TITLE BILLING AND LOGISTICS CONTROL SUPERVISOR JOB MISSION Ensure agile and error-free billing, control incoming and outgoing goods, support logistics in deliveries, and maintain organized processes—directly contributing to company performance. CANDIDATE PROFILE (Who are we looking for?) ✅ Experience in billing, administrative, or dispatch roles ✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible ✅ Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership ✅ Proficiency with systems (ERP) and spreadsheets (Excel) ✅ Strong communication and team collaboration skills ✅ Flexible working hours (may start earlier or finish later when required) ✅ Trustworthy and stable professional profile KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \- Issue and verify invoices; plan delivery routes \- Monitor daily billing and cash register closing \- Verify orders, delivery manifests, and delivery documents \- Control incoming and outgoing merchandise \- Support logistics in organizing and verifying cargo loads \- Enter data into the ERP system \- Track returns and their reasons \- Generate operational reports and KPIs \- Collaborate closely with finance, logistics, and sales departments WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Friday (standard business hours, with flexibility) One Saturday per month (meetings and process alignment) COMPENSATION PACKAGE + BENEFITS (highly attractive!)
