Control fleet budget and analyze performance data #### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily fleet vehicle operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines. * Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all fleet vehicles. * Manage vehicle acquisition, licensing, and disposal, ensuring compliance with regulations. * Analyze fleet performance data—such as fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs—to identify optimization opportunities. * Develop and implement vehicle safety policies, promoting regular training and inspections. * Control fleet budget by tracking expenses related to maintenance, fuel, insurance, and fines. * Use tracking and telematics systems to monitor driver behavior and real-time vehicle location. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields * Experience managing teams * Brazilian Driver's License Category B (CNH B) * Manage fleet and equipment-related activities for the unit * Ensure vehicle and driver availability, maintenance, and compliance * Control fleet costs, performance indicators, and documentation * Develop and oversee maintenance service providers * Ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and internal procedures #### **Skills** * Vehicle Maintenance Management * Fleet Cost Analysis * Telematics Systems * Traffic Legislation * Route Planning * Advanced Excel * Supplier Management * Fleet Management Software * Fuel Control ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Basic Food Basket, TotalPass ### **Department:** Administrative
