Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, pricing, and sanitizing products, ensuring the organization and quality of the perishables section, as well as serving customers. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of hygiene and food safety * Restock and price products while paying attention to their expiration dates; * Operate the PVPS system; * Maintain cleaning and preservation of service counters, shelves, and display cases in the section; * Remove merchandise from the cold room for restocking, ensuring no disorganized or open items remain in the internal area; * Separate unsuitable-for-consumption products inside the cold room without mixing them with good-quality products; * Handle food and price merchandise; * Periodically sanitize the cold room according to supervision instructions for the bakery, produce, and deli sections; * Store merchandise in the cold room according to supervision instructions for the bakery, produce, and deli sections; * Wear appropriate attire and refrain from wearing ornaments per Sanitary Surveillance requirements. * Identify missing products on display and perform restocking, reporting shortages in inventory to supervision; * Restock service counters according to the assortment sheet and layout; * Check expiration dates, quality, and price changes of displayed products; * Weigh products, observing their codes and tare weights (including trays); * Receive goods from CEASA, verifying quality standards in the produce section; * Keep the section clean, sanitizing per Sanitary Surveillance regulations to prevent contamination risks; * Listen to customers, clarify doubts, and offer tips and suggestions. * Keep work equipment/tools clean and in good working condition, reporting malfunctions to supervision; * Keep PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) clean and organized for use at the workstation, per company training and instructions; * Wear appropriate attire for the perishables section and avoid ornaments (necklaces, rings, watches, bracelets, wedding bands, earrings, etc.), as well as nail polish, makeup, scented deodorants; keep hair protected and beard/mustache trimmed per Sanitary Surveillance requirements Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * On-site meal with no deduction * SESC * Medical Assistance * 10% discount on all store products * Dental Assistance * Maternity Kit * Bonus Basket * Gympass * Birthday Day Off * Career Development Plan * Transportation Allowance
