Job Summary: A customer service professional responsible for organizing the store, restocking products, operating the cash register, pricing merchandise, and supporting marketing campaigns to ensure customer satisfaction. Support for promotional campaigns and marketing activities Fixed salary + commission + performance-based bonus + benefits. Working hours: Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: * Provide customer service and deliver information about products and services; * Assist in store organization and cleaning to ensure a pleasant environment for customers; * Restock merchandise and verify inventory to maintain product availability; * Operate the cash register and process payments when required; * Assist with pricing and labeling of products; * Support store promotional campaigns and marketing activities; * Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction; * Follow company policies and procedures to guarantee service quality; * Comply with Quality and Occupational Safety regulations; * Perform other duties related to this role as directed by immediate supervisor.
