Opportunity for recognition and incentives for proactive employees **Driver's license category B or A/B required.** An **e\-commerce** company operating on **Mercado Livre** and **Shopee** platforms is seeking a professional to assist in daily order **assembly, picking, and dispatching**. The company is located in the North Zone of Sorocaba, next to the Havan store on Avenida Itavuvu. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble products into boxes according to identification labels * Attach small tips to equipment prior to dispatch * Coil small steel cables * Sort materials (screws, pulleys, washers, etc.) * Assemble screw kits into plastic bags * Organize and maintain the work environment * Provide general support in shipping and order dispatch activities * When necessary, assist in delivering products to the pickup point All tasks will be taught, and work efficiency depends on the employee’s commitment, as tasks are simple and not highly complex. Work routines are calm, and you will be part of a team; tasks are divided, and each person plays an essential role. The employee will receive a uniform, safety boots, and all necessary PPE for task completion. **Requirements:** * Must be **committed, focused, and organized** * Ability to perform manual and repetitive tasks * **Driver's license category B or A/B** **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Experience in shipping, logistics, assembly, or cargo loading** **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Thursday**, from **7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.** * **Friday**, from **7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.** * **Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM\.** * Break/Interval: 9:00 AM to 9:10 AM\. * Break/Interval: 3:00 PM to 3:10 PM\. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance **Salary: R$2\.161,81; after probation period, adjusted to R$2\.354,46** **If the professional is committed to work, proactive, organized, and acts ethically, they will be recognized and incentivized accordingly, as our goal is to retain employees for the long term.** A company experiencing continuous growth!
