We are seeking a **Senior SRE / Cloud Engineer** to support and evolve the infrastructure underpinning AI-based solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). We seek someone with strong Cloud, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation experience, capable of ensuring high availability, scalability, observability, and operational efficiency for mission-critical environments supporting AI agents and high-demand applications. This person will play a pivotal role in evolving the platform, driving initiatives in infrastructure as code, observability, automation, cost optimization, and operational reliability. ### **Responsibilities** Design, implement, and evolve infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to support applications and AI agents. Administer Kubernetes clusters (OKE), ensuring availability, scalability, and high performance. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Implement autoscaling, observability, and monitoring strategies for distributed environments. Manage networking, security, and access control in OCI environments. Handle secret management, environment configuration, and operational automation. Monitor availability, performance, and reliability metrics, driving continuous improvement. Contribute to FinOps initiatives, pursuing cost optimization and efficient infrastructure utilization. ### **Requirements for this role** Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Experience with Kubernetes, preferably Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE). Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. Experience with cloud networking, including VCN, NSG, and Service Gateway. Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting using OCI Monitoring, Logging, and APM—or equivalent tools. Experience with SRE practices, reliability, availability, and SLI/SLO definition. Hands-on experience with distributed environments, operational automation, and CI/CD. Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and collaborative mindset. ### **Nice-to-have** Experience with FinOps applied to AI environments. Knowledge of Service Mesh and secure inter-service communication (mTLS). Experience with OCI Streaming or Kafka-compatible messaging platforms. Hands-on experience with GPU inference runtimes such as vLLM or NVIDIA Triton.
