




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Procurement Analyst to optimize procurement processes in an industrial environment, with a focus on cost reduction and sustainability. Supplier development and commercial relationship management We are looking for a **Procurement Analyst** with an analytical mindset, strategic vision, and strong negotiation skills to work in a dynamic industrial environment. This person will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in procurement processes, directly contributing to cost reduction and operational sustainability. Key Responsibilities * Monitor purchase requests; * Negotiate, register, and issue purchase orders in the system; * Optimize product procurement lead time, ensuring optimal inventory levels for the company; * Track purchase orders until delivery at the factory; * Develop and prospect new suppliers to achieve improvements and/or cost reductions; * Manage incoming invoice records and perform documentary verification of purchases prior to goods entry into the system; * Manage and monitor financial postings related to procurement processes and supplier payments; * Verify merchandise costs in the system and identify any discrepancies; * Conduct/participate in meetings with suppliers to strengthen commercial relationships, stay updated on market trends, and identify emerging opportunities; * Develop KPIs to measure departmental performance; * Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives, including procedure reviews, risk mapping, and strategic support to management; * Coordinate and monitor financial postings related to import processes in the accounts payable system. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the chemical industry; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience with ERP-Protheus, Purchasing/Registration modules; * Experience in comparative TCO analysis and commercial data analysis; * Experience in quotations, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing; * Experience in supporting audits; * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
