We offer challenges and opportunities for professional and personal growth of our employees.**Job Description** --------------------- Scope: • Create and analyze labor planning (headcount) required for operations; • Support management in gathering data as a basis for decision-making; • Conduct root cause analysis; • Prepare managerial-level reports and presentations; • Develop, consolidate, and disseminate dashboards; • Participate in client meetings; • Develop tools to facilitate operational management/functioning; • Analyze databases in Excel; • Follow up on projects with the operational team; • Update data for meetings; • Participate in discussions for developing operational tools/solutions.**Requirements** -------------- Required Knowledge: • Intermediate Office Suite – Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts); • Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships within group settings; • Willingness to travel; • Analytical ability with numbers and calculations; Preferred Qualifications: • VBA • AutoCAD
